Return Conditions:

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • The Returns Authorisation Number is included in the returned package.
  • A valid invoice and dispatch note number is included in the returned package.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original, unopened packaging.
  • All original documentation is included in the returned package.
  • We reserve the right to refuse items that are not suitable for resale.

Return Shipping:

You are responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse. Alternatively, we can arrange collection at a fee of ÂŁ15 per box. If collection fails due to customer error, a ÂŁ15 failed collection charge will apply.

  • Goods not classed as BonChef core stock
  • Bespoke or personalised items (e.g. embroidery)
  • Samples
  • Items held longer than 14 days after delivery
  • Discontinued stock or clearance items

If you're a distributor or trade account holder, a restocking fee of up to 25% will apply to all returns. All standard return conditions must be met.
